Hello! I'm Nydia Lilian, a Photographer and Visual Artist from Monterrey, Mexico.

My work focuses on the mysterious, obscure, and beautiful aspects of the universe and nature, while ruminating around the possibility of post-apocalyptic scenarios. As a photographer and visual artist, my intent is to create images that convey epic narratives with a surreal approach, using landscapes and abstract-experimental visuals as prime material. I like to explore the chaos that lives within tense moments and the calm that follows.

It is by experimenting with different techniques like photography, painting and digital art, among many others, how I am able to portray new worlds and alternative realities. Things that are not easily seen at plain sight become apparent, similar to the inner workings of our extraordinarily vast universe.
